Short for “North of Cooley Road,” NoCo is an 8-acre parcel located right at the entrance to Juniper Ridge, on the roundabout at NE Cooley and 18th. Juniper Ridge is a growing industrial area for mid- and large-sized businesses such as Les Schwab, Suterra, Serán, Pacific Power and more.
Envisioned as a campus with a mix of large industrial warehouses housed in the interior of the lot, NoCo will also feature smaller, mixed-employment buildings for offices, commercial conveniences and retail situated along the lot’s frontage on both Cooley and 18th.
Given its “gateway” location and the anticipated commercial conveniences that this campus will offer to the hundreds of employees in the Juniper Ridge area (not to mention nearby residences), NoCo will serve as the hub to the larger Juniper Ridge area.
The team has developed a master plan for NoCo, a future 8-acre, multi-building campus in Juniper Ridge that will incorporate commercial, retail, and industrial uses. Three industrial buildings will be located in NoCo’s center. Five buildings will be located at the edges of the NoCo lot, along 18th Street and Cooley Road, which will be commercial and retail service oriented.
Site work is underway. Construction on first three buildings starts in early 2025 with completion anticipated in late 2025. Working with prospective tenants on leasing.
