Opportunities and Challenges
Taylor Brooks currently owns and is developing two parcels in Juniper Ridge, a City master-planned area in Bend’s Northeast area. Industry sectors such as aerospace, medical devices, computer electronics, software, telecommunications, educational services, financial services, pharmaceutical, and alternative energy resources will be specifically targeted to expand into Juniper Ridge.
The Approach
Taylor Brooks is currently developing a build-to-suit industrial campus for a biopharmaceutical company comprising of 47,000 square feet of medical-grade warehouse space. Construction is anticipated to be complete by December 2024.
The team has also developed a master plan for a future 8-acre, multi-building campus in Juniper Ridge that will incorporate commercial, retail, and industrial uses. This speculative campus is currently in for site review with the City of Bend.
