Juniper Ridge Large Lots

Located in northeast Bend, Juniper Ridge is a 500-acre industrial and business park that sits at the center of Central Oregon. The City is coordinating efforts to develop Juniper Ridge for industrial and employment uses. Taylor Brooks owns over 100 acres and is actively developing in this exciting new area of town.

Juniper Ridge Large Lots

Opportunities and Challenges

Taylor Brooks currently owns and is developing multiple parcels in Juniper Ridge, a City master-planned area in Bend’s Northeast area. Industry sectors such as aerospace, medical devices, computer electronics, software, telecommunications, educational services, financial services, pharmaceutical, and alternative energy resources will be specifically targeted to expand into Juniper Ridge.

The Approach

In early 2024, Taylor Brooks submitted a response to a City of Bend RFP for two Juniper Ridge large lots. Based on its local expertise, past successful development projects, and community consideration, Taylor Brooks won the RFP for Large Tract 8 and Large Tract 5. In September 2024, the City of Bend agreed to sell the two lots in Juniper Ridge to Taylor Brooks. Large Tract 8, located on Cooley Road, has since closed and has been partitioned into spacious, light industrial lots. The first lots are listed and are ideal for a variety of industrial and commercial uses in one of the city’s fastest-growing areas.

Tract 8 Final Recorded Plat

Planning and land use is underway for Large Tract 5, which encompasses nearly 75 acres and is expected to bring even more vibrancy to Juniper Ridge when developed over the next several years.
