Opportunities and Challenges

Taylor Brooks currently owns and is developing multiple parcels in Juniper Ridge, a City master-planned area in Bend’s Northeast area. Industry sectors such as aerospace, medical devices, computer electronics, software, telecommunications, educational services, financial services, pharmaceutical, and alternative energy resources will be specifically targeted to expand into Juniper Ridge.

The Approach

Large Tract 8, located on Cooley Road, has since closed and has been partitioned into spacious, light industrial lots. Ranging from 2-5+ acres, the lots are ideal for a variety of industrial and commercial uses in one of the city’s fastest-growing areas. Taylor Brooks is working with the City of Bend to move forward with clearing and grading to ensure shovel-ready lots for buyers in summer 2027.

Tract 8 Final Recorded Plat

Pre-development activities are underway for Large Tract 5, encompassing nearly 75 acres and poised to bring new businesses and activity to Juniper Ridge over the next several years. The property will be developed in five phases, with lots ranging from 0.76 to 5.55 acres. Phase 1 is expected to break ground in early 2027, with lots available by summer 2027. Interest is already strong, with several lots currently pending.
